Riverwatch Condominiums - Telluride, Colorado

A renovation project to replace very dated exterior finishes, repair leaky roofs and water-damaged walls, and remedy driveway drainage problems for an 8-unit, high-end condominium complex constructed in the 1970’s.  Following a structural conditions assessment, William Kleinschmidt, Architect’s work included the design of new roof and exterior wall finishes on all surfaces of the buildings and replacement of water-damaged structural components.
